From Detroit we bring you TERRENCE PARKER who has become legendary for his quite uncommon yet skillful turntablism style of playing House Music. Terrence has released more than 100 recordings on his Intangible Records label and various labels including Sony, Defected, Nervous, Kingstreet, and Purple Music. Terrence has top 20 hits with his songs Terrence’s 2014 album entitled, “Life On The Back 9” released on Carl Craig’s Planet E label in Detroit and its debut reached number # 1 on the Traxsource Top 100 Albums Sales Chart, tells the story of how he was encouraged by his father to continue on forward by the struggles and challenges of life.

"There’s something about DJs from Detroit. No matter their chosen style—house, techno, funk, whatever—they’re always as technically precise as can be. Case in point: Terrence Parker, a Motor City veteran who is a non-stop whirlwind of cutting and scratching when he steps up to the decks. The tricks are pure hip-hop—but the way Parker transcendentally transposes them to house makes you wonder why more house DJs don’t play that way. (Actually, here’s the probable answer—it’s really hard to master those techniques.) He’s also a talented producer of gospel-tinged house thumpers—& he uses an old-fashioned telephone handset in lieu of headphones. What more could you want?"- Time Out

We enjoyed his set so much last time, we had to have him back right away! Some DJs refuse to bend to the norm. TEDD PATTERSON is one such DJ; he's a creative force and a New York clubbing institution. A product of the ‘90s heyday of Sound Factory, Save TheRobots, and Zanzibar; you can hear that heritage as much in his productions as when he plays.

Tedd Patterson’s career has mirrored the rise of house music, from the burgeoning days in localised underground dance clubs to the global force house music has become. From his sets at the now seminal Miami Winter Music Conference Magic Sessions parties in the 90s, to his 12 year residency at Cielo, he has criss-crossed the planet bringing his richly orchestrated soundscapes of the finest classic style of dance music that have a distinct nod back to his ‘90s house and techno roots.
